RYTEX — Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, RYTEX uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenleyen, seninle RYTEX arasındaki yasal sözleşmeyi oluşturur. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsın. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.
RYTEX; adet döngüsü takibi, semptom kaydı, bilgilendirici içgörüler, hatırlatmalar, şifreli yedekleme, doktor için rapor üretimi ve isteğe bağlı partner paylaşımı sunan bir mobil uygulamadır.
RYTEX bir tıbbi cihaz DEĞİLDİR; teşhis, tedavi veya doğum kontrol/gebelik planlama yöntemi olarak kullanılamaz. İçerik ve tahminler yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve hekim tavsiyesinin yerine geçmez. Sağlığınla ilgili kararlar için mutlaka yetkili bir sağlık uzmanına danış. Acil durumda ilgili acil servisi ara.
Regl, ovülasyon ve doğurgan gün tahminleri istatistikseldir, geçmiş verine dayanır ve yanlış olabilir. Tahminler cihazında çalışan istatistiksel bir model tarafından üretilir; model hata yapabilir ve hiçbir tahmin kesinlik taşımaz. Gebelikten korunma veya gebe kalma amacıyla tek başına RYTEX'e güvenme.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalı ve geçerli bir sözleşme yapma ehliyetine sahip olmalısın.
Partner özelliği için hesap oluşturursan kimlik bilgilerinin ve şifrenin gizliliğinden sen sorumlusun. Uygulama kilidi şifreni ve yedek parolanı korumak senin sorumluluğundadır; KAYBEDİLEN YEDEK PAROLASI KURTARILAMAZ ve bu durumda yedekteki verilere erişilemez.
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal ederek veya tersine mühendislik/izinsiz erişim yoluyla kullanamazsın. Partner özelliği, tarafların birbirini KARŞILIKLI RIZAYLA desteklemesi için tasarlanmıştır: paylaşım yalnızca veri sahibinin davetiyle başlar, davet edilen taraf açıkça kabul eder; veri sahibi paylaşımı istediği an sonlandırabilir ve karşı tarafın erişimi anında kesilir; izleyen taraf da takibi istediği an bırakabilir. Partner özelliğini bir başkasını rızası dışında izlemek, taciz etmek veya zorlamak için kullanmak kesinlikle yasaktır ve hesabın kapatılmasına yol açar.
Uygulama, tasarımı, markası ("RYTEX", logo) ve içeriği RYTEX'e aittir ve fikri mülkiyet haklarıyla korunur. Kişisel kullanım dışında çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz. Girdiğin veriler sana aittir.
a) Ücretsiz çekirdek: Döngü takibi, semptom kaydı, içgörüler, hatırlatmalar ve yerel veri saklama ücretsizdir ve ücretsiz kalır. Premium özelliklerin ücreti ve koşulları satın alma anında açıkça gösterilir.
b) Ödeme: Tüm ödemeler ilgili uygulama mağazası (Google Play/App Store) üzerinden işlenir. RYTEX ödeme kartı bilgilerini görmez ve saklamaz.
c) Otomatik yenileme ve iptal: Abonelikler, dönem sonundan en az 24 saat önce mağaza hesabı ayarlarından (Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler / App Store → Abonelikler) iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. İptal, ödenmiş mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar erişimi korur; geçmiş ve kullanılmakta olan dönem ücretleri iade edilmez.
d) İade: İade talepleri, satın almanın yapıldığı mağazanın iade politikasına ve sürecine tabidir (Google Play iade talebi; Apple için reportaproblem.apple.com). RYTEX, mağaza tarafından işlenen ödemelere doğrudan iade yapamaz; ancak talebinde sana yardımcı olmaya çalışırız (§14 iletişim).
e) Cayma hakkı (Türkiye): Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-ğ uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetlerde ve tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallarda cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Premium erişim satın alma ile ANINDA başladığından, satın almayı onaylarken ifaya derhâl başlanmasına onay vermiş ve cayma hakkının bu istisna kapsamında olduğunu kabul etmiş sayılırsın. Bu madde, mağazaların kendi iade politikalarından doğan haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
f) Diğer bölgeler: Bulunduğun ülkenin vazgeçilemez tüketici hakları (ör. AB'de 14 günlük cayma hakkına ilişkin dijital içerik istisnaları) saklıdır; mağaza politikaları uygulanır.
g) Fiyat değişikliği: Fiyat değişiklikleri mevcut ödenmiş dönemi etkilemez ve yenileme öncesinde mağaza aracılığıyla bildirilir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Kesintisizlik, hatasızlık veya belirli bir amaca uygunluk dâhil açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti verilmez.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde RYTEX; Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan (veri kaybı, sağlık kararları dâhil) sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu, tüketici mevzuatından doğan vazgeçilemez haklarını etkilemez.
Uygulamayı istediğin an kaldırabilir ve verilerini silebilirsin. Koşulları ihlal eden hesapların partner erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici işlemlerinde, tüketicinin yerleşim yerindeki tüketici mahkemeleri ve hakem heyetleri yetkilidir.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur; güncel sürüm her zaman bu ekranda yer alır.

RYTEX — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form the legal agreement between you and RYTEX governing your use of the RYTEX application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
RYTEX is a mobile application offering menstrual cycle tracking, symptom logging, informational insights, reminders, encrypted backup, doctor-report generation, and optional partner sharing.
RYTEX is NOT a medical device; it must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or as a method of contraception or pregnancy planning. Content and predictions are for general information only and do not replace the advice of a physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
Period, ovulation, and fertile-day predictions are statistical, based on your past data, and may be wrong. Predictions are produced by a statistical model running on your device; the model can make mistakes and no prediction is certain. Do not rely on RYTEX alone to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the App.
If you create an account for the Partner feature, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Protecting your app-lock PIN and your backup password is your responsibility; A LOST BACKUP PASSWORD CANNOT BE RECOVERED and the data in that backup will be inaccessible.
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, in violation of others' rights, or via reverse engineering/unauthorized access. The Partner feature is designed for MUTUAL, consent-based support: sharing starts only upon the data owner's invitation and the invited party's explicit acceptance; the data owner can end sharing at any time with access cut immediately, and the following party can likewise stop following at any time. Using the Partner feature to monitor, harass, or coerce another person without their consent is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
The App, its design, brand ("RYTEX", logo), and content belong to RYTEX and are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be reproduced or distributed except for personal use. The data you enter belongs to you.
a) Free core: Cycle tracking, symptom logging, insights, reminders, and local data storage are free and will remain free. Pricing and terms of premium features are clearly shown at the time of purchase.
b) Payment: All payments are processed through the relevant app store (Google Play/App Store). RYTEX never sees or stores your payment card details.
c) Auto-renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your store account settings (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions / App Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation keeps your access until the end of the paid period; fees for past and current periods are not refunded.
d) Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policy and process of the store where the purchase was made (Google Play refund request; for Apple, reportaproblem.apple.com). RYTEX cannot directly refund payments processed by the stores, but we will try to assist you with your request (see §14).
e) Right of withdrawal (Türkiye): Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly. As premium access starts IMMEDIATELY upon purchase, by confirming the purchase you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this exception applies. This does not remove any rights you have under the stores' own refund policies.
f) Other regions: Non-waivable consumer rights in your country (e.g. digital-content exceptions to the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU) remain unaffected; store policies apply.
g) Price changes: Price changes do not affect the current paid period and are notified via the store before renewal.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty, express or implied, is given, including uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RYTEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App (including data loss and health decisions). This does not affect non-waivable rights you hold under consumer law.
You may uninstall the App and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate partner access for accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer transactions, the consumer courts and arbitration boards at the consumer's place of residence are competent.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the App; the current version is always available on this screen.
